Shipping & Deliveries

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–2
business days for processing before dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (UK Mainland): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping (UK Mainland): 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping (EU & Worldwide): 5–14 business days, depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs delays).

Shipping Costs

UK Orders:

  • Free shipping for orders over £40.
  • Orders under £40 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.

International Orders:

  • Shipping rates are based on destination and order weight. Calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes. Ruly is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@rulyruly.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

For damaged goods, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery with photo evidence.

Ruly is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping Address Changes

We cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Contact us immediately at hello@rulyruly.com if you need to update your shipping details.

Discount Codes

Discount codes can be applied to online orders only and cannot be applied to orders retrospectively. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can only be redeemed once per customer. Only one discount code may be used per transaction. In order to apply your discount, please use the Checkout option. When you pay with ApplePay you may not get the option to add a discount to your order.
