80mg, the full amount is in every pack. Roughly the same as a typical espresso.
How much electrolytes is in an Electrolytes pack?
500mg combined, sodium, potassium and magnesium, plus B6 and B12 in every whole pack.
How many Energy gummies can I have in a day?
Most healthy adults can safely have up to 400mg of caffeine a day, from all sources. On Ruly alone, that's 5 packs.
When should I eat them?
Ruly Energy: before and during your run, whenever the miles call for it. Ruly Electrolytes: during or after training, whenever the session's taken it out of you. Have a few gummies or the whole pack, either way.
Are they vegan?
Ruly Electrolytes is vegan and vegetarian. Ruly Energy contains gelatine, so it isn't suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
What's the difference between Ruly Energy and Ruly Electrolytes?

Yes. Each pack has 80mg caffeine from a blend of green bean caffeine and guarana, plus B6 and B12.

Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email
