RULY ‘Win Custom Trainers’ Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the RULY ‘Win Custom Trainers’ Competition. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. In case of conflict between these Terms and any other materials (e.g., advertising), these Terms take precedence.
1.3. Promoter: August OFF Functional Foods Limited, trading as “RULY” (Company No. 15678819), registered at 30 Moorgate, Co Canny & Associates Ltd, London, EC2R 6PJ. Please do not send correspondence to this address.
1.4. It is recommended that you print or save a copy of these Terms for future reference.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to anyone aged 13 or over. By entering, participants confirm they meet this requirement or have obtained parental consent.
2.2. Employees of RULY, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible.
2.3. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries using different email addresses may result in disqualification.

3. How to Enter

3.1. The competition opens on 01 August 2025 and closes at the discretion of August OFF
3.2. To enter, visit www.rulyruly.com/rulers or scan the QR code and complete the online form with your first name, last name, and email address.
3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3.4. All valid entries from the opening date will be included in each draw — entries are cumulative.

4. Prize Draw and Selection

4.1. There are monthly Grand Prize draws, each awarding one pair of customised Nike Air Force 1 trainers.
4.2. Draws will take place every month during the competition period, with one winner selected at random from the full pool of entries to date.
4.3. Winners will be able to select their custom design, created by an artist chosen by RULY.
4.4. All winners will be selected at random using a verifiable method.

5. Prizes

5.1. Grand Prize: One pair of customised Nike Air Force 1 trainers (approximate value £450).
5.3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
5.4. This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nike, Inc.

6. Delivery & International Entries

6.1. Standard UK shipping is covered by RULY.
6.2. International entrants are welcome, but if a winner resides outside the UK, they are responsible for all shipping, handling, and customs costs.
6.3. RULY is not liable for delivery delays, customs clearance issues, or incorrect information supplied by winners.

7. Winner Notification and Claiming

7.1. Winners will be contacted within 30 days of the relevant draw.
7.2. Winners must respond within 30  days to claim their prize.
7.3. If a winner fails to respond within 30 days of notification, RULY reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

8.1. By entering, participants consent to RULY collecting their first name, last name, and email address for competition administration.
8.2. All data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and RULY’s Privacy Policy.
8.3. By entering, participants agree to be added to RULY’s marketing mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
8.4. RULY will never sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required for competition administration or by law.

9. Publicity

9.1. Winners consent to their name being published on RULY’s website, social media, or marketing materials.
9.2. Winners may optionally be asked to provide a photo or testimonial — participation is voluntary.
9.3. If a winner does not wish their name or content to be featured, they must notify RULY when contacted.

10. Platform Disclaimers

10.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Nike.
10.2. Participants understand they are providing information to RULY, not to any platform.

11. General Terms

11.1. RULY reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
11.2. No responsibility is accepted for lost, incomplete, illegible, or late entries due to technical failures.
11.3. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws.

12. Liability

12.1. RULY shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize acceptance, except where required by law.
12.2. RULY is not responsible for technical failures or any malfunction that affects entry or prize claiming.

13. Governing Law

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
